EVALUATION SCHEDULE!
Remember, everyone must attend ONE
basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
They will take place at the First Baptist Church of
Mountain Home gym. The evaluation and orientation
process takes about 20 minutes, depending on the crowd

Basketball Registration Information
- Cost per child: $50.00
- Deadline: December 3rd
- Shorts are included in cost
- Make Checks payable to First Baptist Church
- Scholorship available through Recreation Ministry office
Cheerleading Registration Information
- Cost per child: $50.00
- Turtlenecks are optional at cost of $12
